When we think about Easter, we are so excited to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus because we know the end of the story! He’s defeated death, it is finished! Yet, for most people close to Jesus, all they knew was Jesus had been crucified. In fact this easter we look at a story where two men literally walked with Jesus on the road and were still caught up in their sorrow. The question we need to ask ourselves… could we be that close to Jesus and not actually see Him?
